It consists of Swiftlet Eco Park Holdings Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries, which builds the nation first clusters of eco-friendly and strategic Swiftlet Eco Park™ infrastructure development. Having core business of project developments and sales of swiftlet houses, the provisions of services such as edible-birdnest swiftlet ranching, harvesting, cleaning, processing, research & development, the Group aims to transform and enhance the value creation of the edible-birdnest swiftlet industry, that is capable of sustaining continuous growth of Malaysia in the industry, and realize the full potential of manufacturing and export, that will propel the nation’s economic development in the future.

Each company plays different roles and responsibilities. Swiftlet Eco Park (M) Sdn Bhd is responsible for swifltlet eco park projects in Desaru and Endau, Johor. For swiftlet eco park project in Tangkak, Swiftlet Eco Park (Johor) Sdn Bhd is the project developer whereas for Manjung, Segari and Selangor, Swiftlet Eco Park (West Coast) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Bio Research Centre (M) Sdn Bhd) is responsible for the projects. For Negeri Sembilan, Swiftlet Eco Park (NS) Sdn Bhd is developing the swiftlet eco park in Bkt Pelanduk. Besides, Swiftlet Eco Park (East Coast) Sdn Bhd has 3 projects in Terengganu, namely Setiu, K. Terengganu and Kemaman. For Pahang, Swiftlet Eco Park (Pahang) is responsible for project in Kuala Rompin.

Ensuring conformity to legal regulatory framework and compliance of guidelines, all the development projects of swiftlet eco parks are established with the support given by local government authorities and agencies. The effort of collaboration as part of the measure to eliminate the problems of swiftlet houses.

Collaborative parties include Perak State Economic Development Corporation and Johor Biotechnology & Biodiversity Corporation.

Besides the development and commercialization of Swiftlet Eco Park™, the Group has established management companies for the eco parks, centers of excellence through research and development, provision of training related to Good Animal Husbandry Practice (GAHP), processing, wholesale and retail activities. The Group continues to strengthen its capacity building efforts whilst intensifying initiatives for commercialization across the entire value chain.
